About Thomas Rodrigues
Originally a native of São Paulo, Brazil, Thomas Rodrigues is a Transportation Analyst in the Capital Improvements and Transportation Program at the City of Miami. Thomas has worked extensively on Transportation and Transit projects in the City of Miami, including the City's Miami Trolley Program.
Thomas has experience with the many facets of the Miami Trolley System, including system and route planning, operations, and the development of the Miami Trolley smart phone application. In 2013, the City launched the Miami Trolley App, which brings real time trolley tracking information directly to transit riders.
Thomas has a Bachelor's in English from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, and a Master's in Urban & Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University. Thomas received his American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification in 2013.
