The Miami-Dade Public Safety Training Institute & Research Center (MDPSTIRC) aquatic center is available for use free of charge to partner agencies- Miami-Dade Police Department (MDPD), Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation (MDCR), and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI).

Partner agencies may not make reservations on behalf of outside agencies. However, the aquatic center is available for rental to other local and federal law enforcement agencies, as well as to all branches of the U.S. military.

MDPSTIRC's Aquatic Center features an elevated multi-lane pool that is just shy of Olympic size. The center also features a wide deck on all sides and a fully shaded spectator area.
